2/3 cup Crisco shortening
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
4 tsp. canned evaporated milk
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

FROSTING:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
**add Eagle Brank canned milk and beat until smooth

Directions:
Directions:
Cream all liquid ingredients together in bowl. Blend in your dry ingredients, mix until stiff dough consistency. Powder with flour till dough is no longer sticky to hands or counter. Divide into 2 round balls and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out and cut into cookies using any shape you desire. Bake 6 - 8 minutes at 375º.
