8 cup Squash, chopped
2 large Onion, chopped
2 Bell Pepper, chopped
2 Hot Pepper, chopped
1 jar Pimentos
3 cup Sugar
2 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Celery Seed
1 tbsp Mustard Seed
2 tbsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cover squash and onions with water, add salt. Let stand 1 hour and then drain. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over squash and onions. Let stand 1 hour, bring to boil and cook 3 minutes. Pour in prepared jar and seal.
