1/2 c Butter, room temp
1 c Sugar
3 Large eggs, seperate yolks from whites
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F, In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in yolks and vanilla extract until combined. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Slowly add in milk. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form- fold into the mixture. Pour into 2- 9 inch round pans and bake 20 minutes.

I usually use marshmallow fluff in between layers and Ice the cake with chocolate icing- Smores!
