1 c raisins(big fat soaked ones)
½ c lard
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
¼c milk
1 ⅔c oatmeal
1½c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Beat sugar and lard together. Then add eggs and milk and beat. Mix all the dry ingredients together and beat into wet till mixed. Add the raisins and drop by 2TLB size scoops to cookie sheet covered in parchment. Bake 10 - 12 min

Maurice loves these cookies with big fat raisins but if making them for Megan be sure to omit the raisins and replace with nuts or choc chips!
