2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 cup cream
3 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cream, water in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage (238). Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Add nuts and drop by spoonfuls onto buttered sheet.
