6 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
2/3 stick butter
2 tablespoons or more of Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1-2 tablespoons minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a shallow 9"x13" pan. Pound chicken breast lightly to flatten. In a pan, melt butter and blend mustard and garlic. In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Take chicken breast and dip in butter mixture, and then in crumbs.Pat crumbs into chicken to coat well. Plpace in pan and bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes.
