3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 (7 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans shoe peg corn, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can LeSueur peas, drained and rinsed
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can French style green beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in vegetables. Chill overnight. Drain and serve.
