6 Tbsp olive oil
2/3 C fresh parsley , chopped
1 medium onion, chopped (@ 1.5 cups)
3 lg garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp tomato paste
8 Oz Clam Juice.
1 1/2 C fresh chopped tomato or 1 14 Oz can whole or crushed tomatoes with juice.
1/2 Lb fish fillets (use a firm white fish - cod, halibut, red snapper or sea bass) cut into 2 inch pieces
Pinch of dry oregano and thyme
1/8 tsp Tabasco Sauce.
Salt and Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 C dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat olive oil in a large thick-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute 4 min. Add garlic. Add parsley cook and stir 2 minutes.
2) Add tomato and tomato paste, gently cook for 10 minutes or so.
3) Add clam juice, dry white wine, and fish. Add oregano and thyme and tabasco sauce. Bring to a simmer until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes apart, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.
