1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 medium jalapeno sliced or 2 tbsp. of diced jalapeno
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine all ingredients and mix until dough is moist. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25 - 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Bread will still be moist when done.
