1, 16 ounce can refried beans
1, 8 ounce can tomato sauce, divided
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup sliced black olives
Chopped green onions, olives, tomatoes, sour cream, tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a 9"x13" baking dish, stir together beans and 3 tablespoons of the tomato sauce. Top with chopped tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese. In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink. Remove from heat; drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix and prepare according to directions. Stir in remaining tomato sauce and olives. Spread evenly over casserole. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheeses melt and beans are hot. Remove from heat. Serve with green onions, olives, tomatoes, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
