1 1/2 cups crushed saltine crackers
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup sesame seed
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup evaporated milk
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crackers and sesame seeds on wax paper. Dip chicken in milk. Roll chicken in crumbs. Pour melted butter into large baking pan. Place chicken in pan. Turn once while baking. Bake at 350º for 70 minutes.
