1/4 C cinnamon apple sauce
1 tsp salt
1 C sugar
1 C grated carrots
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 C flour
1 C walnuts (Optional)
1/4 C vegan margarine
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 C soy milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat on oven 325 F.
2) Grease/flour 9in square pan.
3) Combine all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake 45 minutes. Top with frosting of choice.
