Ingredients:  
8 red potatoes
1/4 of a medium onion
2-3 medium dill pickles
8-9 sprigs of parsley
1/4 cup sugar
2 &1/2 tbsp. vinegar
salt
pepper
4 slices bacon
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole potatoes until done. Cool, cut into quarters and slice thinly.
Add onion, pickles, salt and pepper (to taste)
Cut bacon in small cubes and fry to crisp.
Add bacon to potatoes.
Mix bacon grease with vinegar, sugar and water. Bring to a boil and pour over potatoes.

Mix well.

Add parsley.
