1 to 2 lbs sausage
onion, chopped
32 oz tots, mini or regular tots cut in half
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp onion powder

1. Cook meat and onion, drain. Toss meat with tots and cheese.
2. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
3. Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk. Pour over meat.
4. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
