1 qt. milk
3 tbs. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Add sugar and cornstarch mixture to the eggs and beat in. With milk in a saucepan gradually stir into milk and cook slowly, stirring constantly until it becomes thick. After it thickens stir in vanilla and put in a bowl. Chill and serve.
