1 cup Icing sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla
1 tsp Warm water
1/3 Cup Cornstarch
3 Cups all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl whip EACH ingredient after adding to the mix.
Import to whip each ingredient as you add.
Drop a table spoon blob onto cookie sheet
Pay close attention, cookie is done when barely coloured on the peaks

I usually double this recipe as the cookies go fast. Will keep in the freezer until ready to serve. I like to bag a dozen and give to friends and family for Christmas treats. I make trays and trays of this recipe. Best short Bread I've ever tasted!!
