4 qts Medium cucumbers sliced
6 Medium Onions sliced
2 Gr Peppers chopped
3 cloves Garlic
1/3 c course Salt
5 c Sugar
3 c Cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp tumerick
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
2 tbsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Do not peel cucumbers, slice thin and add onions, peppers, whole garlic cloves and salt. Cover with cracked ice, mix thoroughly. Let stand for 3 hours and drain well. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture. Heat to a boil. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
