3/4 Cup Half and Half
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Finely Chopped Fully Cooked Ham
1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Onion

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cream until light.
2. Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion
3. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown
