1 1/2 doz Eggs
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 sm can Mushrooms
1/2 Green Peppers, chopped
1 lb Pork Sausage
1/2 c Milk
6 slices American Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork sausage, drain fat. Add onions, mushrooms & peppers and cook lightly.

Beat eggs, add milk. Combine sausage mixture with eggs. Place cheese slices on bottom of 9x13, sprayed pay. Pour mixture of ingredients into pan over cheese.

Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
