2 cans Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
2-3 small jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 lime, juiced
1 bunch fresh cilantro (long stems removed)
1 tsp. salt
¼ C. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Using a blender or Vitamix, place peppers, lime juice, garlic and salt to blend. Add half of the chick peas alternately with the cilantro and oil until smooth.

Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.

This is a very bright green dip and is a great alternative to hummus.
