3/4 c Sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking Powder
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 3/4 c Flour

Directions:
In medium bowl mix shorting, sugar, egg, and almond extract, until creamy. In separate bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Slowly add flour mixture to other bowl, stir well. This is when you can add food coloring. Then put in cookie press. DO NOT Double recipe.
