2 (14.1 oz) Packages refrigerated pie crusts
1 Large egg
1/4 Tsp table salt, divided
3/4 Cup Blueberry jam
2 Tbl Maple syrup
1 Tbl whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
º1. Preheat oven to 425º

2. Cut each pie crust into 4 (4") squares
3. Whisk together egg and 1/8 Tsp into small bowl
4. Brush edges of 8 squares with some of the egg mixture
5. Place 1 1/2 Tbl of jam into center
6. Top each square with one of the remaining squares
7. Crimp edges with a fork
8. Place on parchment lined baking sheet
9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
10. Brush top of pastries with remaining egg mixture
11. Cut a slit in the top of each to allow steam to escape

12. Bake until golden brown on top. about 20-25 mins

Glaze
1. Whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk and remaining salt in a small bowl
2. Drizzle or spread maple glaze on pastries
3. Cool on wire rack. About 30 mins

Unbaked pies can be frozen up to a month.

When ready to serve, bake frozen pies in preheated 425 degree oven for 25 - 30 mins.
