8 oz jar of artichoke hearts packed in oil
8 oz mayonnaise
8 oz Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts (but save the juice) and chop well. Mix chopped hearts with saved juice, cheese, and mayonnaise in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
