1, 32 ounce package shredded hash brown potatoes (frozen)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked ground pork sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix everything together. Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with Pam, then put ingredients into baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour. Can add cheddar cheese on top of casserole during the last 15 minutes of baking time.
