1 pound pork sausage
¼ t salt
4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c flour
1½ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, break sausage into small pieces and brown lightly. Drain well. Place half of the potatoes in a 2 quart casserole. Sift half of the flour over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the salt. Top with half of the sausage and then half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, salt, sausage, and cheese. Pour the milk over all. Cover and bake in a 350º oven for about an hour or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
