1 cup lettuce, torn in pieces
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
a sprinkle of salt and pepper
1 pkg. frozen English peas
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup longhorn cheddar cheese grated
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, grated


Directions:

Layer all ingredients as listed in a clear bowl for a very beautiful, tasty salad. Cover in refrigerator for 24 hours then serve.
