3 eggs
1 stick melted butter, cooled
2 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 unbaked 9" pie shell, regular size

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 deg. In medium sized bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, sugar, flour, vinegar and vanilla. Blend well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 45-55 minutes. Crust and top of pie will be a golden brown. Use deep dish pie shell if you double the recipe. You may have excess left over for small pastry pies.
