onion
garlic
1 lb. calf liver
rosemary
marjoram
parsley
salt
pepper
3 hard boiled eggs


Directions:
Directions:
Render chicken fat by skinning a fat chicken. Chop 1 big onion and glaze it in rendered chicken fat. Chop 1 to 3 cloves of garlic and add to onions. Broil 1 lb. calf liver and chop. Or use chicken livers broiled and chopped. Chop 3 hard boiled eggs. Mix liver, onion, garlic and enough chicken fat to make smooth mixture. Add rosemary, marjoram, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in chopped hard boiled eggs and enjoy. You can add other herbs and spices. Serve on toast.
