Cocktail ingredients - per serving:
2 Oz. Rum (White)
1 Oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup (following)

Rosemary Simple Syrup Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
8 Grams Fresh Rosemary Leaves (3 sprigs - each about 8" Long)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make the Rosemary Simple Syrup by heating water and sugar until the sugar is just dissolved - do not boil. Add rosemary and leave on low heat for 10-15 minutes watching carefully to prevent it from boiling. Cover and let cool completely. Strain and set aside.

2. Add cocktail ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well and pour into glass. Alternatively, if you want bubbles pour cocktail ingredients into a glass with ice and add club soda to taste.
