1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. blueberries
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix ingredients together, folding blueberries into batter last. Spread into a greased 9 x 9 in. pan. Bake until cake is golden and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
