4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectionery sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil and pumpkin. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add gradually to pumpkin mixture until blended. Pour into greased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting: Once cake is cool, stir all frosting ingredients together and spread over cake.
