3 c. water
2 c. Uncle Ben's Converted Rice, uncooked
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
celery, diced
green pepper, chopped
cooked chicken, beef, pork; chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 350. Add an extra 30 minutes cooking time when making 1-1/2 or double batch.
