4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
15 oz. ricotta cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
12 oz. jumbo pasta shells, cooked & drained
28 oz. spaghetti or Alfredo sauce, your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cheese and spinach; stuff into the shells. Arrange in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour the sauce over the shells. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, remove the foil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to oven until cheese on top is toasted. Serve with a nice green salad and garlic bread if desired.
