1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 c. water
15 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
shredded cheese
onions, chopped
salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir meat, peppers and seasoning mix into large skillet on medium-high heat until meat is browned. Stir in water, beans and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, stir in corn; return to a boil. Add rice and cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes; stir. Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onions, sour cream and salsa.
