1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 t baking powder
t cloves
t cinnamon
3 eggs
1 pkg chopped seeded dates
1 c English walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the first five ingredients. Then add the eggs, dates, and walnuts. Beat well. Bake in greased 9X13 inch pan for 25-30 minutes at 350. Cut into bars and roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
