1 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 c milk
1 c Panko bread crumbs
t salt
t dried parsley flakes
t ground black pepper
t garlic powder
t onion powder
t dried oregano
t dried basil
2 T brown sugar
2 T prepared mustard
⅓ c ketchup
several slices of bacon

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil. Add the beef, egg, onion, and milk and mix thoroughly. Place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Place bacon slices over top of loaf to cover. In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
