Sauce:
4 c. tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar

Porcupines:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Into a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Combine all porcupine ingredients and mix well. Form into 1-1/2 inch balls and place into baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serve with green salad and French bread. Six servings. Freeze leftovers if desired.
