1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. oleo
salt
pepper
2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. corn starch
2 T. La Choy Soy Sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
28 oz. can bean sprouts, drained
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
cooked pulled chicken or pork
rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions in oleo until brown. Add salt, pepper, celery and water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Blend together remaining ingredients; adding meat, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
