4 lg. green peppers; cut off top, remove stems and seeds

sauce:
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

meat mixture:
1 lb. cooked ground beef
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. instant dry milk
2 T. ketchup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 slice day old bread, cubed
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a baking dish, place peppers. Next, combine sauce ingredients. Place 1 tablespoon of sauce into each green pepper. Mix all meat ingredients together and fill each pepper. Evenly distribute remaining sauce over peppers. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, or until peppers are tender. Serves 4 people.
