1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in. pieces
1/4 c. Italian dressing
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, cubed
2 T. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15 oz. pkg.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a large skillet, pour dressing over chicken and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add Neufchatel cheese; cook and stir until melted. Add flour; mix well. Add broth and vegetables; simmer for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into 10-inch deep dish pie pan. Arrange pie crust over filling; flute edges. Cut slits into crust to allow steam to escape. Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
