2 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cups chow mein noodles (one can)
1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup diced pimentos
1 can drained mushrooms
1 small can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a well greased Pyrex baking pan.
2. Place baking dish into a pan of hot water and bake for 1 1/2 hour in 275 degree oven.
3. Increase oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake for additional 30 minutes.
