c margarine, softened
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour, sifted
1 tsp soda
c chopped pecans
pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and add sugar and mix well. Add egg and vanilla. Combine flour and soda and add to margarine mixture. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Roll dough into 1 inch ball and place on ungreased baking sheet. Place a pecan half in the middle of each ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
