2 sticks margarine
2 c brown sugar
½ c white Karo syrup
½ t baking soda
peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine; stir in brown sugar and syrup. Mix together. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add baking soda. It will foam. Grease a roasting pan. Pour mixture over 2 gallons of popcorn. Mix and put in oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

I usually can't resist eating this, so most of the time it doesn't get baked in the oven. Amazing right out of the pan.
