Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb hamburger
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cans kidney beans
- head iceberg lettuce (finely chopped)
1 can sliced black olives
1 avocado (sliced or chopped)
1 lg or 2 small tomatoes (chopped)
1-2 C. crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hamburger. Drain and set aside.
Sautee onion and green pepper until soft.
Stir in kidney beans, reduce heat and add the hamburger.
When beans are warm, stir in tomatoes, olives, and avocados

Just before serving, add finely chopped lettuce and crushed tortilla chips.
