2 c flour
2 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
2 c sugar
1 c oil
c ground nuts
3 c carrots, grated
4 eggs



Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add the rest of the ingredients, except eggs. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Grease and flour 2 (9) cake pans. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
 

Cream Cheese Frosting

1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 stick oleo
1 box powdered sugar
2 t vanilla

Cream all ingredients together and frost cake when completely cool.
