1/3 cup margarine
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 cup very warm water
1/3 cup non fat dry milk
2 cups flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1 cup fresh whole cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sprinkle yeast into warm water and stir till resolved. Stir in dry milk and add to sugar-margarine mixture. Blend flour, baking soda and beat with mixer for 6 minutes. Stir in cranberries and pecans.

Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Stir batter down and put into 2 greased loaf pans. Let rise in warm place, for 1 hour. Bake 375º for 30-35 minutes. Cool and top with powdered sugar icing.
