1 box rotini pasta
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
3 oz. pepperoni slices, halved
2 jars pizza sauce
3 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or pizza blend)


Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and return to pot. Next, sauté onion, green pepper and mushrooms until tender. Add garlic, salt, pepper and pepperoni and then pour into pasta pot. Then, pour both jars of pizza sauce and 1 c. of shredded cheese into the mixture, stir together until blended. Pour into a 13 x 9 in. casserole dish; top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
