1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
3 Teaspoons red cayenne pepper
1 cup canola oil
2 or 3 10 oz. bags of oyster crackers or 3 sleeves of saltine crackers-more or less if you like

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry dressing mix, pepper and oil in bottom of gallon zip-lock plastic freezer bag, Tupperware or other container that will seal tightly. Shake well to mix and then add the crackers. Remove excess air from bag and zip closed or tightly close the container. Shake to mix and coat the crackers; continue doing so for several hours or overnight until oil and dressing mix is absorbed into crackers. That's it!
