Place pork tenderloin in the crockpot. Mix all other ingredients together
2 lb. pork tenderloin in a bowl. Pour over tenderloin. Cook on low for 6 -8 hours.
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce

Directions:

Serve on a bun or enjoy over mashed potatoes.
1 TB yellow mustard
2-3 TB Olive Oil
2-3 TB Maple Syrup
2 TB diced onions
1 1/2 TB garlic salt/powder
