1 c. blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
1 T. butter
3 c. blueberries
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients together for 10 minutes, then strain through sieve. Return to stove; add cornstarch dissolved in 1/3 c. water. Cook until thick, add butter and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining blueberries. Mix and pour into baked pie shell. Add top crust and bake at 415º for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Top slices with whipped cream.
